Peak Wildlife Outing
Peak Wildlife Experience to Remember
At The Talentum Learning Trust, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom walls. Our commitment to providing enriching, hands-on experiences supports our mission to help every learner believe in themselves and flourish. Recently, the Reception pupils from Westwood First School had a truly memorable day out that perfectly reflects our values of aspiration, compassion, and excellence for all.
A Day of Discovery at Peak Wildlife Park
The youngest pupils embarked on an exciting trip to Peak Wildlife Park, where curiosity and wonder were sparked through close encounters with fascinating animals. The children enjoyed engaging talks about lemurs and wallabies, gaining insights into these unique creatures and their habitats. This experience fostered their natural curiosity and encouraged a love of learning about the world around them.
After the educational talks, the children shared a delightful picnic lunch together, strengthening friendships and building a sense of community—an important part of the compassionate environment we nurture across our Trust.
The fun didn’t stop there! Pupils had the chance to enjoy the soft play area and bounce on the bouncy castle, allowing them to develop their physical confidence and social skills in a joyful setting.
We extend a huge thank you to our dedicated volunteers whose invaluable support makes these enriching trips possible. Their generosity and commitment embody the spirit of collaboration and integrity that we cherish at Talentum Learning Trust. Without their help, such memorable experiences would not be achievable.
